I have every right to decline a commission if I feel that my skill level may not meet your request or if the request falls under subjects that I will not do.

All rights to the art I create, including commissions, belong exclusively to me.

Putting my work into any A/I engine is prohibited.

Unless exclusive rights are purchased, I retain all rights to use and monetize my art in any way I choose. This includes the sale of prints, online sales, marketing, published materials, or any other merchandise.

Fanart commissions consisting of characters from any game/series/etc may be used by me to produce physical prints and other merchandise for my shop as I see fit.

You may neither sell nor exchange my art in any form, physical or digital, print or NFT, under any circumstances unless you have my express written permission AND you have paid for the rights to do so.

I am allowed to include the artwork in my portfolio and socials unless requested otherwise

Commissions are for personal use only. Artwork may be used as profile pictures/banners, but may not be used for profit. Please contact me via email for commercial works; there will be additional fees for commercial rights.

Reposting and sharing artwork is OK, but give credit to my socials on my respective platforms

Listed prices are the base price. Please understand that the prices increase depending on additional details and the complexity of the commission.

Payment is via PayPal invoice. An invoice will be sent by me. A deposit of 50% is required before I begin work. Once the commission is completed, the remaining balance is due before the final artwork is delivered.

Please wait patiently for your commission to be finished. Rush orders with a specific deadline will incur additional fees.

If for reasons you need to cancel your commission after paying the 50% deposit but BEFORE the sketch has been approved I may issue a partial refund. In that case, I will retain at least 25% of the total commission price to cover administrative time and work already completed.

You can modify your commission at any time before I start working on the piece. You can upgrade or include additional add ons simply by paying the difference. You can even change the character information entirely. Just remember that I cannot provide refunds for downgrades

In the rare event I feel that I cannot complete the commission at all due to any reason, I would be willing to give a complete refund.

Refunds are NOT accepted after the final payment and delivery of the commission

As an Artist, my style and skills naturally evolve over time. By commissioning me, you agree that the artwork reflects my level and style at the time of creation. Previous commissions will not be redrawn, revised or updated for free due to artistic improvement, style changes, or personal preference over time. Any request to remake or significantly alter a past commission will be treated as a new commission and will be charged accordingly

Please be kind. Any aggressive, rude, or inappropriate behavior against me during the process will result in me cancelling the commission. You will be refunded partially for the commission upon cancellation by me, but I will be keeping 50% of the total payment to cover administrative time and work already completed.

Please give me at most three(3) months max to complete the commission just in case something arises. I value quality and detail and thus put many hours into my drawings, so please be patient. You are welcome to ask for updates if there hasn't been one in awhile! I normally provide updates at the rough sketch, flat colors, and final check phases.

Please provide visual references.

Non-visual references and/or additional amount of research and time required for the commission may result in additional fees or be declined. Providing full references helps me guarantee that I can better fulfill your request and avoid unnecessary mistakes in the process.

Upon starting, I will send progress images of the sketch (and flat color if necessary) for your review to approve or make revisions before I proceed to finish the artwork. Once I receive confirmation of the sketch for me to continue working, refunds may not be requested at this point unless issued by me.

Once I am finished, I will send one final check for your review. Three(3) minor revisions may be requested. More than three(3) will incur an additional fee that must be paid in full before I proceed to make adjustments.

Once the finalized artwork is accepted and after the remaining payment has been confirmed, I will email you or send you a drive link of the full res.png files of the work and watermarked .jpegs for social media posting. No physical product will be delivered.

By commissioning me, this means you have properly read, understand, and AGREE to the terms listed above and on the invoice.

When sending references you may choose to include a backstory for your character. Backstories help me get a deeper sense of the character’s personality and appearance.
